1. Order Processing & Production
All items are printed to order. Please allow up to 4 business days for production before your item ships. Production times may vary during peak periods or holidays, and I’ll do my best to keep you updated if any delays arise.

2. Shipping
Once printed and quality-checked, your order will be shipped via the method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.

3. Custom Orders & Design Files
If you request a custom 3D model or design, I will work with you to finalize the file before printing. Minor adjustments may be needed to ensure printability. I reserve the right to refuse any custom order that I cannot reasonably fulfill with my current equipment or expertise.

4. Product Variations
Because every item is printed individually, slight variations in surface texture, layer lines, and color may occur. This is part of the charm of 3D printing and does not affect the quality or durability of your product. For multi-part items, some light assembly or sanding may be required.

5. Returns & Refunds
I want you to love what you receive! If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging, and I will arrange a replacement or refund. Since each item is made to order, I do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if something isn’t right, reach out—I’ll work with you to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property
I do not claim ownership of any third-party characters, logos, or designs that I print on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to reproduce any custom files you provide. I reserve the rights to my own original designs and may use them for future listings.

7. Liability
My products are intended for display, cosplay, and light handling. I am not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or wear and tear of your item. Please use common sense—these are plastic models, not safety equipment.
